In this painting Eunice has depicted "Tali", or sandhills that are located around her country of Lake Mackay in the desert of Western Australia. This is an important story for Eunice and her family. It is her mother's story, a traditional Warlpiri woman. Eunice favours strong bright colours to reflect her love for country, its landscape and vegetation. These stories are passed down through dance and ceremony.
