About Artist:
Jeannie Mills Pwerle is a daughter of a famous Utopian artist Dolly Mills and a niece of Greeny Purvis Petyarre. She created her own distinct style with warm and beautiful colours and predominately paints the flower and seeds of the "Anaty" Bush Potato. With Jeannie's creativity and flair for colours Jeannie's work is one of the finest, creating a buzz in Australian art circles, particularly for her Anaty paintings.

Jeannie's Dreaming Stories
Jeannie predominately paints the desert yam, women's ceremony, and the flowers and seeds of the Anaty (Bush Potato). She has created her own distinct style and her work was included in the prestigious 25th Telstra Award for Aboriginal Art 2008.
