For Sydney metro sales - in the gallery

If you are uncertain which painting to buy, we encourage you to take a painting (or two) home to trial without obligation to ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice. We will even deliver large works to you free of charge within a 25km radius of Sydney CBD.  A painting can often seem different in your home or office environment and we want you to be 100% happy with your selection.

For Web Sales - people who do not see the work before they buy.

If you are interested in a work from our website but are not completely certain, please telephone or email us to discuss the work in question and we can send you high resolution images, painting details, artist background and other pertinent information to help you make the right decision.  We can also digitally hang an artwork on a photograph of your wall so you can actually see how it will look in your space  (if you live in Sydney or surrounds, you can take advantage of our home consultation service.) 

If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork selection when you receive it, let us know immediately, so we can arrange the return shipment straight away.  In these cases, we offer your choice of an exchange or a refund, providing the painting is dispatched to us immediately in its original saleable condition and is accompanied by its Certificate of Authenticity, working photographs or videos and tax invoice. The only cost you will incur is shipping the artwork back to us, and to make this as economical for you as possible, we will even organise it for you, so you can obtain our special delivery rates.
