Shipping Policy
When we receive your order we will confirm by email within 24 hours that your purchase order has been processed. If you are sending a cheque or making a bank transfer we will contact you once it has been cleared by our bank. Your painting will be sent immediately through Pack 'n' Send specialised handling.
Delivery within Australia
All paintings are sent un-stretched through Pack'n'Send, a leading provider of express delivery services. For artworks being delivered within Australia you will normally receive your door to door delivery within 48 hours of purchase confirmation. Should you wish to have a stretched work delivered, please contact the gallery and a quote can be provided. All artworks are fully insured in transit.
International Delivery
We will freight the un-stretched artwork to anywhere in the world, provided standard delivery services are available. All International orders are sent through DHL Worldwide a leading provider of sensitive delivery services. The artwork will be delivered to your door within 10 to 14 days with full tracking available through our shipping agent. All artworks are fully insured in transit.
Packaging
Each painting is professionally wrapped and inserted into tough cylinders with the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity, receipt, and any other documentation.
Delivery Address
Please ensure the delivery address you nominate has a representative to accept and sign for the package. Otherwise you will be left a calling card to advise you on how to collect your package. Please note we do not deliver to a Post Office Box unless it is specifically requested. In addition to providing a location address, please provide a contact name and phone number for ease of communication. If there is any problem with the artwork when you receive it, please immediately contact us at info@kateowengallery.com or by phone and we will take the necessary action to rectify the problem.
Order & Processing Issues
We will inform you within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any issues associated with the artwork, delivery or payment. This will occur by email or a phone call if you have provided a contact phone number. Our website is fully updated at least once daily but it is possible (although rare) that a painting you purchase has already sold in the gallery shortly beforehand. In the event that you make a payment for an artwork that is no longer in stock, we simply issue a refund and help you secure a similar work.
